Elvish Yadav is facing another controversy after being seen with Munawar Faruqui at ISPL 2024. Reports of the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner threatening a troll had recently surfaced. A video surfaced, raising concerns about law and order in Gurugram. The footage showed a group of individuals, claimed to be Elvish Yadav and his colleagues, allegedly assaulting a man(Maxtern).

The video is shared by the Twitter account, Elvish and his group are allegedly seen assaulting influencer Sagar Thakur (Real Maxtern), who had mocked him earlier and was supposed to meet Elvish in Gurgaon. From where it all started

The internet got divided when videos of YouTuber Elvish Yadav and comedian Munawar Faruqui hanging out at the Indian Street Premier League surfaced. While some enjoyed their friendship, others tried to introduce an ‘ugly’ religious aspect to their bond. The controversy escalated when Elvish Yadav called Maxtern to a location. Maxtern shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp chat in which Elvish Yadav asked him to meet at a location at 12:30 am. After the meeting, Maxtern shared a video on Twitter claiming that Elvish came with 10-12 people and assaulted him.

The video spread quickly, sparking reactions from users online. People took to the internet to express their views and respond to the CCTV footage. Most criticized Elvish Yadav’s behavior, while many called for police intervention.

Elvish Yadav was officially charged by Gurugram Police on Friday evening following a viral video depicting him assaulting fellow YouTuber Maxtern (Sagar Thakur). The video circulated widely on social media, capturing Yadav entering a room and physically assaulting Maxtern.

Reports indicate that an FIR has been filed in Gurugram’s Sector 53 against Elvish Yadav. He faces charges under sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code for assaulting and threatening Sagar Thakur.
